New · Inbound calls for Shopify

Answer every call your Shopify store gets. In every language you sell in.

Callsy picks up on the first ring, pulls the caller’s real order from Shopify, and answers in their native language. If they don’t buy on the call, it follows up by SMS and WhatsApp until they do.

Enter your number. It rings in about 20 seconds.

Three leaks. Same cause.

Carts

Someone fills a cart at 11pm and leaves. Your Klaviyo flow sends three reminders into an inbox with 4,000 unread. You get 4% back and call it a win.

Calls

Someone calls with a sizing question before buying. Nobody picks up. That was your highest-intent visitor of the day, and they just bought from whoever answered.

Markets

You ship to nine countries and support all of them in English. Slower answers, more refunds, worse repeat rate outside your home market. You have seen it in the numbers and assumed it was the market.

All three are the same problem. Nobody is there when the customer is deciding. Staffing fixes it and costs more than it returns, so it never gets fixed.

It opens the order while they’re still talking

This is the difference between a voice bot and an employee. Most of them read a script and transfer. This one reads your store.

Caller
Hi, I ordered last week and it still hasn't turned up.
Callsy
No problem, let me pull that up now. Can you confirm the phone number on the order?
Caller
Yeah, it's this one.
Callsy
Got it. Order #10428, shipped Tuesday, out for delivery tomorrow before 6pm. I'm texting you the tracking link now.

Recovered checkouts and resulting orders, deduped, in one currency.

One employee. The whole loop.

Most voice AI sells you one turn of the conversation. The call happens, the thread dies, and someone on your team picks up the pieces. This runs the whole way through to attributed revenue, on one contact record.

  1. It answers

A local number in your market, native voice, native language. If you have no presence in that country, we buy the number and hold the registration for you. The caller is matched to a Shopify contact before it says hello, so if they have bought from you, spoken to you, or been texted by you, the agent already knows.

  2. It looks things up live

Order status. Delivery. Product details. Read from your Shopify store while the caller is on the line, not off a stale export. “Where is my order” gets an actual answer.

  3. It acts

Sends the SMS with the checkout link. Emails the quote. Transfers to a human when the caller asks, keeping them on the line. Alerts your team mid-call when something is going wrong.

  4. It follows up

The conversation continues over SMS and WhatsApp. The contact replies two hours later and the agent picks up where it left off, with the full context of the call.

  5. It proves what it earned

Every recovered checkout and resulting order is attributed, deduped, and converted to one currency. You see revenue, not call volume.

What it costs against what it replaces

Hiring for it
$3,445 / month

One person, one language, business hours only. Based on the median $21.53 hourly wage for US customer service representatives over 160 hours.

Before employer taxes, benefits, a helpdesk seat, or the cost of replacing them when they leave. Five markets is five of these.

Callsy Pro
€99 / month

380 included actions, then $0.34 per action. Up to 6 agents on your team, across voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp.

One subscription covers every market you configure. Adding Italian is a settings change, not a hire.

We are not going to pretend this is like for like. A person handles the strange, the angry and the genuinely complicated better than any agent will, and you should keep them for exactly that.

The point is that most of your call volume is none of those things. It is “where is my order”, ninety times a week, in six languages.

Wage figure: US Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025. Callsy pricing as listed on the pricing page.

They sound like a local. Because they are.

Most brands solve international support by making everyone speak English. It works until you look at conversion by country.

Callsy runs a separate agent per market. Native voice, native language, hours set to that country’s timezone, and a local number in that country. Your Italian customers get an Italian conversation. Your Polish customers get Polish.

You don’t hire eight people. You configure eight agents.

The number they see is a number they recognise

A caller in Madrid is far likelier to answer a Madrid number than an international one, and likelier still to trust what it tells them. So you get a number in the market you are selling into.

The usual way
  1. Register a company in the country
  2. Prove a local address on the number application
  3. Wait out the regulatory review
  4. Repeat for every market
With Callsy
  1. Tell us the market
  2. We buy the number and hold the registration
  3. The agent answers in that country's language

A few countries, Spain and Chile among them, will not issue a number without an in-country address on the registration. We hold those, so opening the market does not require an entity in it.

What it can actually do

Live Shopify data

Order lookup, order search, product lookup and search, read straight from your store while the caller is on the line.

SMS and WhatsApp, two-way

Not send-only. The agent holds a real conversation across both, with 24 hours of context and up to 40 messages of history.

Checkout recovery that closes

Calls the abandoned checkout, handles the objection, offers the discount code you configured, texts the link. Then follows up.

Human handoff

Transfers the live call to your team when the caller asks, or when the request goes past what the agent should handle.

Knowledge that stays current

Paste your returns policy, point it at a URL, upload the PDF. Always-on knowledge in the prompt, or large sources it looks up on demand.

Every call analysed

Recording, transcript and summary, plus structured scoring on sentiment, intent, objections raised, topics, agent performance, compliance and outcome.

Your prompt, your rules

Replace the default prompt entirely or layer your own on top. Set the greeting, the voice, the call length, the hours.

Your model, optionally

Route to your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint if you have one.

The questions you were about to ask

Will customers know it's AI?

Some will ask. The agent tells them, then answers the question anyway. Getting an order status in forty seconds beats a three-day email thread, and most people are fine with the trade. Disclosure is required by the EU AI Act from August 2026 and by several US states already, so the agent discloses on every call regardless.

I already have a support team. Why would I need this?

Then stop making them answer the same shipping question ninety times a week. Callsy takes the repeat volume and hands your team the calls that actually need a person. It transfers the live call over when the caller asks for someone, so nobody gets stranded.

What if it says something wrong?

You write the prompt and you control the knowledge it reads from. Every call is transcribed and scored on sentiment, intent, objections and compliance, so a bad answer surfaces the same day instead of the same quarter.

We tried a voice bot and it was terrible. How is this different?

Most of them cannot see your store. They read a script and transfer. This one opens the order. When a caller asks where their parcel is, it reads the real order from Shopify during the call rather than promising someone will email them.

How long does setup take?

Point a number at an agent, paste your returns policy, connect Shopify. The work is in deciding what you want it to say, not in the wiring.

What does it cost compared to hiring someone?

Callsy Pro is €99 a month, including 380 actions, then $0.34 per action, across up to 6 agents. A US customer service representative earns a median of $21.53 an hour according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025, which is roughly $3,445 a month for one person covering one language during business hours, before employer taxes, benefits or a helpdesk seat.

Which markets can it cover?

70 languages with native voices, reaching 77 countries by call and SMS. You configure one agent per market, each with its own voice, language and hours set to that country's timezone. We provision a local number in the market you are selling into, and buy it for you if you have no presence there. A few countries will not issue a number without an in-country address on the registration, Spain and Chile among them. We hold those registrations, so opening the market does not require an office in it.

Meet the founders

Built by founders, not a committee.

We're Arunas and Laimonas. We started Callsy because every D2C founder we talked to was losing revenue at checkout, and email recovery had plateaued. Voice was the obvious answer. AI finally made the unit economics work. If you're in the same spot, let's talk.
