SMS Terms
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
Legal Entity: Callsy AI OÜ (a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia), referred to in these terms as "Callsy," "we," "us," or "our."
These SMS Terms describe the text messaging programs Callsy operates on behalf of merchants who use our platform. They are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service available at www.callsy.ai, and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Anti-Spam Policy.
Who sends the messages
Callsy provides messaging infrastructure to merchants. When you opt in at a merchant's checkout, that merchant sends you messages through Callsy about the order or cart you started with them. The merchant decides what is sent and when. Callsy delivers the messages on the merchant's documented instructions.
What you receive
Messages relate to a purchase you started with the merchant. They cover checkout and cart reminders, order and delivery updates, and, where the merchant offers one, a discount code. Opting in does not add you to a recurring marketing list.
How you opt in
There are two ways to give consent, and at least one of them is required before any message is sent to you:
- At checkout. You tick a box that names SMS explicitly, is unchecked by default, and is separate from any email opt-in. Ticking it is never a condition of purchase.
- On a phone call. If you left an order incomplete, the merchant may call you about it. Before any text is sent you are told that a message with the checkout link will be sent, and you are asked to agree. The message goes out only if you agree.
Every opt-in is recorded with a timestamp. Where consent is given on a call, the recording and the transcript are retained as evidence of it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with the merchant. Most recipients receive between one and three messages for a single incomplete order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Neither Callsy nor the merchant charges you for these messages. Your mobile carrier's standard rates for messages and data apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that merchant. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPTOUT work the same way. Opt-outs are honored immediately and across every channel.
Getting help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support information, or email support@callsy.ai at any time.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliated brands. Carrier support may change without notice.
Mobile information and privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is shared only with the subprocessors that deliver messages on our behalf, and those subprocessors may not use it for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party other than for the purpose of delivering a message. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
