Is Callsy a native Shopify app?

Yes. Callsy is listed on the Shopify App Store as an embedded app. It uses official Shopify APIs and webhooks, follows Shopify's data-handling and billing standards, and is reviewed by Shopify.

Will this conflict with my Klaviyo or Omnisend flows?

No. Callsy slots in alongside email/SMS flows. Typically as the second touch (immediately after abandonment) before your email-1 fires at 1 hour. Most merchants see a 30%+ lift on top of existing flows, not a cannibalization.

Does it support Shopify Plus and multi-store?
