By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this legal notice. Please read these terms carefully.
Callsy AI Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Callsy AI Affiliate Program (the "Program"). This agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Program.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "Affiliate," "you," or "your") and Callsy (defined as Callsy UAB, Callsy AI OU, and their collective operations, hereafter "Callsy," "we," "us," or "our").
By applying for or participating in the Program, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete and accurate Program application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to:
Websites or content that are unsuitable, offensive, or promote illegal activities.
Violations of intellectual property rights.
Incomplete or false application information.
Any other reason we deem appropriate.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to the following:
Promotion: You will use your best efforts to promote Callsy AI in a positive, ethical, and lawful manner.
Unique Link: You will use the unique tracking link ("Affiliate Link") provided to you through the Program dashboard for all promotional activities.
FTC & Legal Disclosure: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Callsy in all promotions. This disclosure must be placed near the Affiliate Link and comply with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., Federal Trade Commission guidelines), using language such as "#ad," "Sponsored," or "Affiliate Link."
Content: You are solely responsible for all content, materials, and statements you create to promote Callsy AI.
3. Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following activities will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
Spam: You may not use any form of unsolicited commercial email (spam) or other "spammy" marketing practices.
False Advertising: You may not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Callsy AI, its services, or its pricing.
Trademark Bidding (PPC): You may not bid on keywords in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising network (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) that include our trademarks, such as "Callsy," "Callsy AI," "Callsy.ai," or any common misspellings or variations thereof.
Self-Referrals: You may not use your own Affiliate Link to purchase services for yourself, your company, or on behalf of any third party.
Coupon/Discount Sites: You may not post your Affiliate Link on coupon-only or discount-aggregator websites without our prior written consent.
Negative Marketing: You may not use negative keywords (e.g., "Callsy scam," "Callsy problems") or create content that could reasonably be seen as negative, defamatory, or harmful to the Callsy AI brand.
Illegal or Unethical Content: You may not place Affiliate Links on any website or platform that promotes sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
4. Commissions and Payment
Program Details: Commission rates, payout schedules, payment methods, minimum payout thresholds, and the definition of a "Qualified Referral" (e.g., a new, paying customer) are not set in this Agreement. They are specified in your affiliate dashboard or on the official "Program Details" page on our website. We reserve the right to change these details at any time with notice.
Earning Commissions: Commissions are earned only on "Qualified Referrals" that are tracked through your active Affiliate Link and are in good standing (e.g., past any applicable refund period).
Payment: We will pay earned commissions according to the schedule and method outlined in the Program Details, provided you have met the minimum payout threshold.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes and fees related to the commissions you earn.
Forfeiture: We reserve the right to withhold or forfeit commissions if you breach this Agreement, or if the referrals are found to be fraudulent, self-referred, or in violation of our terms.
5. Tracking
We will be solely responsible for tracking Qualified Referrals. We will not be responsible for commissions lost due to the Affiliate's failure to properly format or use their Affiliate Link. All determinations of Qualified Referrals and earned commissions shall be made by us at our sole discretion and will be final and binding.
6. Term and Termination
Term: This Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and will continue indefinitely until terminated.
Termination at Will: Both you and Callsy have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Termination for Cause: We may terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our branding and remove all Affiliate Links. You will be paid any earned, outstanding commissions as of the termination date, unless you were terminated for a material breach, in which case all commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Callsy AI name, logos, and other brand assets ("Licensed Materials") that we may provide to you, solely for the purpose of promoting our services in accordance with this Agreement.
8. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Callsy AI. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
9. Disclaimers
The Affiliate Program and all Callsy AI services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Program will be error-free, that our tracking will be perfect, or that you will earn any specific amount of revenue.
10. Limitation of Liability
Callsy (including Callsy UAB and Callsy AI OU) will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such a claim.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
12. Modification of Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time.
We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or by sending an email to the address associated with your affiliate account. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.
We also reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Program (including commission rates or Program Details) at any time.
13. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement at any time without notice to you.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Program Details, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Callsy regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
