How does it handle NHS vs private booking?

It checks NHS eligibility, captures exemption codes, books NHS slots into your NHS diary and private into private — exactly as your SOE / R4 templates are configured. FP17 fields stay clean. UDAs allocated to the correct dentist's list.

Will it know when to escalate a dental emergency?

Yes. If a caller mentions trauma, facial swelling spreading, bleeding that won't stop, or knocked-out adult teeth, it follows the BDA red-flag list and pages the on-call dentist instead of booking a routine slot. Vulnerable adults and children get human escalation by default.

Can it do recall calls?

It rings 6-month recalls in batches, offers two slot options, books straight into the hygienist's column, and sends an SMS confirmation. Patients who don't pick up get a WhatsApp follow-up. No reception overtime needed.

Is it GDPR and CQC compliant?
