Setup

    Add a webhook step in your Klaviyo flow

    Inside any flow (e.g. Abandoned cart), add a Webhook action. Paste your Callsy webhook URL. Klaviyo will POST the profile + event payload to Callsy.

    Map Klaviyo fields to Callsy script variables

    Use Klaviyo's variable tags ({{ profile.first_name }}, {{ event.value }}) so the Callsy agent personalizes the call by name, cart contents, and segment.

    Send call outcomes back to Klaviyo

    Callsy posts events back to Klaviyo: 'Voice Call Connected', 'Voice Recovered Cart', 'Voice Opt-out'. Use them as triggers / suppression rules in subsequent flows.

Will this duplicate-touch my customers?

No. Callsy honors Klaviyo's smart sending rules. You can also add a Conditional Split in your flow ('only call if email-1 wasn't opened in 30 minutes') to layer the channels.

Can I use Callsy with Klaviyo SMS?
