This page confirms a data deletion request sent to Callsy through Meta. Meta sends this request when you remove the Callsy app from your Meta account settings and ask for your data to be deleted.
What we delete
If your Meta account had Meta Lead Ads connections in Callsy, we revoked them and deleted the data they stored:
- The access tokens Meta issued to Callsy for your Meta account.
- The list of Facebook pages you granted to Callsy.
- Your Meta account ID and name.
Callsy no longer receives lead form submissions from those pages. If your Meta account had none, there is nothing to delete.
Your confirmation code
Meta shows you a confirmation code. Please include it if you contact us about this request.
Imported lead details
Lead form submissions received before the request stay in the Callsy workspace of the team that connected the pages. They are not part of the Meta connection. The team can delete them in Callsy or by emailing support@callsy.ai. Callsy processes them for that team under the Data Processing Agreement.
